Since 2007, Swedish residents have the right to buy alcoholic products via the internet, this since a judgment in the European Court of Justice on 2007-06-05, the so-called Rosengren judgment. The judgment states that the Swedish ban on private imports of alcohol is contrary to EC law. Read the full judgment here . We comply with the EU rules relating to the free movement of goods and services. With us, you can therefore buy alcoholic beverages easily, cheaply and legally.

However, there are a number of rules that must be followed, i.a. the following: you who order must be 20 years of age or older, which is carefully checked upon delivery. There is no upper limit to how much you can buy, but what you buy must be for your own or your family's use. If you e.g. going to have a party, wedding, etc. you can buy for this if you offer the alcohol - you may not charge, not even to cover the costs you incurred for the purchase.


After ordering, the customer receives an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address with complete information regarding the order.

The goods must be intended for personal use

Age is checked upon delivery. If the customer does not meet this condition, the delivery is sent back and the customer loses the amount paid.


All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is added up at checkout.

All payments are encrypted and you will receive confirmation of the payment sent to the email address you enter.

Shipping costs and delivery time depend on which of our external shipping companies you choose at checkout. The shipping company will contact you when your package is ready for delivery. There are no hidden fees - your total cost is always added up before payment is completed.

Delivery time also depends a little on the pressure in the store and where you live, but count on 3-10 working days until you have them at your door (from the time you paid the shipping). In some cases, we can only offer delivery to the delivery point due to the shipping companies not offering home delivery throughout the country.

We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

All products are sold by DrinksOnline, registered in Denmark and with a Danish alcohol license. All administration of the store and shipping solutions are managed by an external party. When you go to the checkout, you agree to the general terms and conditions and authorize an external party to arrange the shipping to you after you leave the checkout.


If an item is bad, you can complain about it. In that case, contact us at info@suryoyospirits.com and you will receive instructions from us on how to proceed. We must approve all complaints first, then you will receive a credit receipt or refund. Complaints can only be made if the product is bad before the best-before date.

Your legal right to complain is three years in Sweden and two years in Denmark.

When your order arrives to you and it should be something that is damaged, contact us and we will help you.

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.


Although we don't have to, we work according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in pristine condition and in the original box. The order must be returned in its entirety.

If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the article being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the article from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible and at the latest within 10 days from the day we received the item.
